February 25-28, 2026, at the Honolulu Police Training Academy in Waipahu (Feb 28 at the Waipio Shopping Center).  The Training is posted on the Safe Kids certification website (cert.safekids.org).  The course ID is HI2026011991. The registration deadline is February 18.

Keeping track of your certification is a requirement for working as a CPS technician, and you may do this in your CPS online profile. If you forgot your password, you can recover it on the Certification Home page.
